2022 bottle, Keeper's only release.
A lovely, rich apricot character, three dimensional and full with jammy, ripe apricots, juicy and clean with mild acidity. The base funk from Ivy isn't particularly noticeable, which isn't surprising. The acidity is more along the lines of ripe fruit rather than fermentation based. The blend of fresh and dried apricot character is just great here. Quite drinkable too.
