750ml bottle at share. Pale ruby body, bubbly head. Cherries as expected, nice woody notes, light bourbon. Sweet with mild tartness. Subtle but complex at the same time.

Slightly hazy garnet with a pastel pink foam head of moderate height.
Woody, oaky and ashy at first, the bourbon oak subsequently brings in a blanketing vanillin that helps in a most unique way to transition the profile to that classic cherry pie and marzipan characteristic, albeit with a fairly sharp acidity.
The body, while thin, is insanely juicy, interrupted only by its crackly carbonation.
