Woof. The nose here is fantastic- bright, rich jammy berries, clean and focused, with lemon, sharp lactic acidity. The palate, though, is harsh, sour and becomes a chore. The acidity hampers drinkability past the 3rd ounce. Great berry flavor, but just too acidic. The acidity is more the native berry acidity rather than the crushed seed acidity but that doesn't really help here.

Dark purple body with a pink head. Bright, jammy raspberries. A bit of oak and vanillin, medium acetic acidity and tannic character. Red wine. Dry lemon. Medium lighter bodied, slightly lower carbonation. Good complexity, a bit too acidic for my tastes.
