750ml bottle at share. cloudy golden pour, soft, bubby head. Aroma is stone fruit, peaches with a hint of rum. Taste is tart, peaches, the normal de Garde funk with some light sugary, rum notes.

Bottle, Sept 2021.
A clear light orange with a rapidly receding white head. The nose has a nice blend of soft brown sugar and vanilla from the rum, a little wood, pairing well with the base stone fruit. Funk is mild. The palate is more rounded than the regular Sixth Peach, with a light butterscotch, brown sugar, vanilla, pairing really nicely with the Peach. Acidity is quite high, and while thr rich barrel character tempers some of the acidity, it doesn't wholly balance it. Mild funk.
