Beautiful gradients of amber and gold have a faint but uniform haze under a dense off-white head that disperses to a soft ridge.
Classic de Garde funk pairs with a uniquely lemony mint that's almost like tea, particularly as it becomes accented by the gin botanics.
This is really balanced and amazingly complex with a toasty bitterness that finishes bone dry. Its firm carbonation keeps it fluffy throughout, helping to focus on its flavor nuances, which continue to develop over time, almost as if smelling and tasting 3 different threads of beer all at the same time.
