Bottle.
A clear light orange with a dense white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is clear, focused on nectarine, bright, ripe, fleshy and fruity. There's a nice amount of soft funk, earthy and grist- like. A rich nectarine puree undercurrent is present. The palate opens juicy and tart, mildly jammy , with a gorgeous fruit expression. Soft, floral nectarine flavor complemented by a nice, mildly musty funk. The funk and acidity of the base Ivy are a far better pairing with the stone fruit than the The base, resulting in a more harmonious blend.
