Bottle from Jeremy. Hazy golden, skin of head. Aroma is herbal, floral, medicinal and spruce. Not necessarily working together. Taste is more mostly soruce, with some of the other elements underneath

Bottled 5/22.
A hazy orange with a dense, white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is gin heavy with orange peel, juniper, grapefruit, oak, earth and funk. The gin is quite prominent on the nose. Lemon peel, mild mushroom. The palate opens gin-forward with juniper, bitter, oily grapefruit peel, orange zest and light lemon. There's a mild botanical aspect to the palate. The base funk is a little clearer on the palate, though it's less aggressive than I was expecting, and the beer is better for that reason. Oak, wet wood, earth. Drying, zippy finish with grapefruit juice on the finish, a touch overcarbonated. Excellent.
