Bottle.
I'm having a hard time describing how this is different from other similar de Garde beers. The good thing is that it's pretty exemplary for their style. Grapefruit peel and oil, earthy mushroom funk, deep wood, lemon with a touch of oil as it warms up. Funky, earthy palate, gorgeously conditioned. If I were to really stretch, I might say there was a touch of fruitiness, presumably from the open fermentation, but that would be a stretch.
