A deep red with a dense light pink head with good retention. The nose is gorgeous grape expression - blueberry, golden raspberry, cherry, light coffee, honey, light toast. Apple. Mild mineral and tannins, light lemon. The palate has a slightly sharp tartaric acidity that works with a light lemony character to really enhance the fruit notes. Tart blueberry, tart cherry juice, light raspberry juice. Light mineral and tartaric acid. Lovely soft skin tannins. Soft carbonation allowing the fruit to linger.
