On tap at De Garde
A- pours an almost opaque orange with a one finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring
S- plenty of gin on the nose with an array of botanical notes. Under the gin, ripe apricot emerges, along with an oaky vanilla note.
T- juicy apricot up front with a bold fruity note, followed by a wave of gin that gives bright herbaceous notes. Mid-palate gives some oak and vanilla, the finish is more apricot with some light yeasty tart funk on the linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation, foamy mouthfeel and tart finish
