Mostly clear watery orange pour with an eggshell white head, blobs of lacing. Smells strongly of bright oaks backing wild yeast, lemon, grapefruit, peach, barrel and lesser so barnyard funk, hay, and flowers. Taste is much the same, only not as diverse in the barrel character, but I'm nitpicking. Feel is maybe the culprit as the carbonation is a tick high to be able to get into the barrels more, but the funk and playful sourness and acidity are there. Honestly I would age this as I think the depth will reward you. Let's not miss the point though, fresh or aged this is an excellent wild ale
