Cloudy yellow body, finger of white foam. The nose is very potent with the coriander, orange zest and big hops with tones of lime, grapefruit, somewhat dank grass, with a hint of nectarine and a backing wheat. Taste has the fruity and sharp hops right away with the coriander, huge orange, but then the wild yeast, a hint of funk, soft wheat, and sea salt snap in, beautiful. Feel is hoppier for the series while keeping the pale farmhouse-ification of the gose that this series is built on, botanicals are felt.
