Very Good
Notes: A hoppy American Pale Ale brewed with an abundance of fresh citrus zest and a touch of coriander.

Pours a mild golden hue with a frothy head and lacing into my glass. Citrus in nose, mainly mango and orange peel. Crisp, clean finish with that lingering touch of citrus. Balance is where it needs to be, not hitting you on the nose with citrus notes, which is a plus. Check it out.

Bottom of the can stamped Best by 09/05/19.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance had a ruddy burnt dark yellow to orange color capped by two finger white foamy head gently subsiding to leave a filmy coat of lace.
The aroma had some honey-ed biscuit malts in front playing with a graceful semi-sweet citrusy pulpy to dry bitter citrusy rind. Subtle earthy to grassy spice, with some peach skin, and even further underneath smells a little bit like crushed coriander, but extremely faint.
The flavor melds all of what I just stated eloquently through sweet, bitter and a light spicy grassy character. Honey-ed biscuits come through slightly. Then a mild aftertaste of honey-ed biscuits, grassy hop spice, crushed coriander with a slight earthy tone.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fine sessionability. Good carbonation. Fairly smooth as it travels along my tongue. Mild finish of citrus zest, crushed coriander and honey-ed malts, well balanced.
Overall, nice easy drinking APA with a ton of flavor yet still allowing this one to be one to pair with a fair amount of different foods.
