On tap at VT Brewfest.
A-Pours lighter than most of the style. Actually looks like maple syrup.
S-Smells sweet. Caramel and molasses. Yeah, there's some maple syrup too. Doesn't smell as rich as many other Quads.
T-Lighter and while sweet, it isn't as overpowering in its sweetness as most Quads. I don't get much of that dark, spicy, dried fruit; it's more brown sugar, maple syrup and caramel. There is some spice and fruit but it's light.
M-Fuller bodied but lighter for the style. Good carbonation. Hot. A bit sticky.
O-I enjoyed the maple element but I wasn't really sold on this one.
