Purchased in a howler at 14th Star Brewing Co. A variant of their maple breakfast stout brewed with peanut butter. Almost pitch black with a brown hue and thin head. Faint hint of peanut in addition to maple and coffee notes. The impact of the peanut butter is felts in the mouth. Slick with coffee and maple and perhaps some toffee. FInishes slick too. Beers infused with peanut butter can usually be disappointing but their biggest impact is felt in the mouthfeel, not upfront. Give this a shot if the standard MBS is your go-to.
