Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a muddled yellow color with a thin white cap of a head starting atop. Maintains it’s level for a good half minute before gently dissipating and leaving some sticky messy lace roaming all around the glass. The aroma starts off with sweet corn and semi-sweet to lightly bitter grassy hops. Toasty malts balance in nicely. The flavor takes all of those previously mentioned flavors to round out softly and give a clean sweet semi-bready aftertaste. With a touch of the grassy bitterness, it finishes smooth and crisp. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Mild carbonation seems to hit nice and smooth. Malts do stick slightly. Overall, nice blonde ale that I would have again, preferably with some BBQ or even some spicy food.
