L- Pours a clear yellow gold with a bubbly half finger white head. This dissipates quickly away to nothing. No lacing is present.
S- Nose is primarily lemony lacto sourness.
T-What you smelled in the nose you get two fold on the palate. At 2 months old the pucker factor is medium in intensity with that lemony lacto sourness.
F- Light and acidic. The sourness gives the beer a dry finish. Carbonation is adequate.
O- A good representation of the style, but not overly complex.

Pours a whitish gold with a one-finger head into my glass. Sour apple, cherry and citrus tang in the nose. Tangy with a more of the citrus and cherry. Finishes sour with little carbonation at the back. Takes a little bit of patience to really appreciate this one.

On tap.
The appearance was a semi-murky to slightly pale burnt yellow color with a quickly dissipating little white cap of a head. Slyly showcasing a little bit of lace, somewhat sliding
The aroma had a fantastic blend of sour-ed wheat playing with some citrusy sweet layers of some citrus, some grassy sweetness and a little bit of a tickle of acidity.
The flavor was mainly sour in the beginning and then wrapped itself into the sweet to sour citrusy and mobile wheat sour sort of quality. Low riding semi-acidic sort of sour wheat to citrusy aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was low bodied with a sturdy sessionability about it. Carbonation felt somewhat low. ABV felt appropriate. Sour doesn't present a whole lot of the "pucker factor" but I'm okay with that as there's some acidity coming about and actually giving off a little bit of pucker.
Overall, pretty nice Berliner Weiss that I'd have again. Also, they're canning this now, fans of the style, give it a shot!
