Draught. A bit tart, not overly so. A "light sour". Well balanced with fruit and sweet. Nice.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a conical pint glass; best by 10/14/2021.
A: Pours a cloudy, raspberry red/purple color with ruby highlights, a short lived, frothy pink head, little retention or lacing.
S: Tart with aromas of raspberry and vanilla.
T: Tart and dry to semidry. Raspberry predominates.
M: Light bodied and refreshing.
O: Love the fact that it is referred to as a Vermonter Weiss (spot on!). Light, refreshing and summery. Drank it late, but didn't seem to hurt it.

A: The beer is very hazy pink in color. It poured with a quarter finger white head (with some pinkish hues) that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sour raspberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has sour and tart flavors of raspberries along with hints of yogurt.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, a little creamy, and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer had nice flavors of raspberries without nearly any of the tartness that you might expect - this was nicely mellowed by the sourness.

Can from the Packie
Murky red purple in color with a thin pink head that dissipates quickly.
Huge berry aroma and flavor with hints of lemon and grapefruit to counter. Very chunky mouthfeel like a smoothie from Orange Julius.

the low ratings on this bewilder me. this one brings a wonderful tart and seedy underripe raspberry quality that is very authentic and natural tasting, pleasant bready wheat quality throughout. wonderfully quenching and light but at the same time very flavorful. a perfectly executed fruited Berliner weisse.
