On tap at the brewery.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a nice looking dark brown close to black color capped by a small off white foamy head softly dissipating. Barely any lace.
The aroma blended sweet milk chocolate to sweet orange pulp. Light touch of dark chocolate.
The flavor was moderately bittersweet through dark and milk chocolate layers rolling through orange milky creaminess. Mild aftertaste of milk chocolate and orange.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionable trait about it. Carbonation felt mild. ABV felt on par. Super nice finish of milk and orange.
Overall, nice milk/sweet stout and cool idea of adding orange to this. I would have loved to drink this during the Christmas season.
