Draught. Really nice. Light, and honey forward.

Pours a whitish-blonde-gold hue with a thick head into my glass. Sweet, doughy bread in nose. My mouth waters. Crisp, fluffy sensation with a touch of hops. So refreshing, I'd mow the lawn and have a few.

Can to lager glass. Date stamped on the bottom reads "best by 09/13/19."
The appearance was a semi-cloudy burnt yellow color with a three finger white foamy head softly dissolving. Left a ton of messy lace coating the glass.
The aroma sampled between light honey tones to earthy crisp grassy hops. Subtle biscuit malts in the backbone.
The flavor towards the sweet of combining the honey to the malts and allowing a touch of earthy balance. Earthy crisp biscuit aftertaste, semi-dry.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under. Fantastic sessionability, could pound these all Summer long. Sturdy carbonation. Mild finish of earthiness, biscuits and honey.
Overall, I'd say pretty nice kolsch drawn up pretty close to style while adding a slight American creativity. Also, to me since proceeds of this goes to Alzheimer's care, support and research, I'm all for this beer!
