Beautiful clear amber beer with a floating island of mashed potato foam. Intense citrus aroma with lime and lemon and a whiff of gardenia. Sudsy and delicious mouthfeel. It's like bitter lemon pie.
Rather sweet in a nice way that sets off the fruity hops. Malt and a hint of orange peel. Moderate bitter finish. Seriously fruity with that delirious aroma to the last sip. From the 32 oz growler purchased at the brewery yesterday. Another excellent brew from Wiens, and another reason why Temecula is an underrated beer Nirvana.
