This is brewed with green tea, lemon grass and Lake Superior Honey, and is available summer & fall
L: Pours hazy straw gold with rapidly rising bubbles that help produce a 2” off-white, moderately persistent, rocky foam stand that leaves thick ledges of lace. S: Spicy, a hint of tea, lemon, light grains.
T: The tea mellows the yeast driven fruit flavors while the lemon grass adds another level of spice. It has a light honey sweetness that the tannins in the tea balance.
F: Carbonation is high but it has a softness. The honey lightens the body and boosts up the alcohol.
O: This is a very drinkable beer with an interesting mix of flavors.

Poured from a bomber into a snifter glass. Beautiful light straw color with a good finger of frothy white head. Excellent head retention. A very pleasant aroma, lightly floral, grassy, and citrus. The taste was surprisingly light with a clean finish, citrus and green tea notes, but not overpowering. Barely any of the typical earthy yeast flavors of your typical Belgian. Personally, for me that is a plus.
This could be a dangerous beer. It's only 8% ABV, but it is nearly as light in the mouth as your typical lawn mower session ale.
