Visited here for an afternoon. Nice taproom and beer selection. They have an axe-throwing area. I'd visit again.

A new and much more spacious location gives this brewery a great spot on one of the main streets in Duluth. Street parking. Some people are into axes. Axe throwing. These folks are as well and have cages for that. The vibe of the place is really cool with lots of original brickwork, wood floors and has a great century-old vibe. Nice and bright. Great beers and a good variety with 14 on tap now. Very nice service and overall very pleasant. Easy to find and well worth going to.

In the core of downtown Duluth. A quite small tap room with a pretty good atmosphere. Overall, the beers are average. Of the four sampled, the Chipper juicy pale ale, was the favorite.

Easy to find on Superior Street. I walked there from Fitger's. There's a smallish taproom in the front and axe throwing space in the back. Interesting beer list because about a third of it wasn't beer. There are doing a lot of hard seltzers. They have some food, but I didn't try it.

Fun place to check out in Duluth. They have axe throwing which is cool. Solid beers. The hazy ipa wasn’t hazy but that’s okay. Nice staff. I had the apricot hazy as well which was hazy.

Nice long, brick walled tap house in the heart of downtown Duluth, MN. Snacks available. The beer is Belgian style except for the recently put online, Hefeweizen. A true German style here, probably the best I have tasted made in the US. The only one comparable is kellerweis from Sierra Nevada. All the beers are clean, fresh as a daisy, true to style. A nice twist is a wit with poblano peppers, just enough pepper, not too much. A great golden ale Oer Belgeige and stout. My only wish is for a really hoppy American style IPA for when you want a change of pace.

Blacklist now has a new taproom open, at 120 E. Superior Street in Duluth. (Note that this is a different address than the brewery address listed on BA.)

It's a typical industrial taproom vibe, but with a nice wood bar, and a fair amount of seating. They have 10 taps, but only had four beers on tap when we were there. The beers were excellent, but three of them were variations on their basic Belgian strong pale ale, and so were somewhat similar. Blacklist is brewing other beers, but was out of their IPA and their stout, and had only a wit as an alternative to the three BSPAs. There's no food there, but you can order food from some nearby spots.

High marks for the quality of the beer, but they seem to still be working on getting enough beer in production to satisfy demand. I'd certainly go there again, and recommend it to anyone who likes Belgians.
