This beer pours a very pale yellow with a large head. The aroma is light, with refreshing lemon, some clove, and a grainy sweetness very evident. the flavor starts with some mild Belgian qualities, clove, lemon, and a general yeasty character, , then turns mid palate to semi sweet grain, corn, and a slightly metallic, or even plastic aftertaste. The moputhfeel is very light in body with effusive carbonation. Overall not quite sure what the goal is here - I am happy to have a low alcohol Belgian, but this comes across to grainy, and not malty enough - too much simple sweetness, not enough fruity yeast. Not terrible, but not really what I was hoping for.
