On tap at the brewery.
L: A straw dull gold color, a big fluffy and soapy white head, mild carbo, medium-heavy scattered lacing.
S: Banana, spices, caramelized malts, a bit doughy, a hint of peach.
T: Sweet wheat, yeast, banana bread, a hint of pie crust, a mildly complex fruit note.
F: Smooth medium to med-heavy bodied feel with a medium length finish.
O: A lovely tasting beer with an easy drinking feel and a gorgeous aftertaste. A Hefe that is very well designed and brewed. It could easily go up against many German Hefes. It is excellent in its style.
