L: hazy copper amber permeated by streams of tiny rapidly rising bubbles with a 3" ecru foam cap with excellent retention and a very fine bead.
S: The aromas are moderate and feature hops and malt working together with citrus, tropical fruit, pie crust, some biscuit,
T: An assertive citrus rind bitterness tempers an array of hop based fruit flavors including rich tropical fruit, citrus, a touch of unsweetened grapefruit, pie crust and biscuit.
F: very creamy texture, medium plus body and medium carbonation
O: The bitterness is big but it works with the rest of the beer and the beer does not have that pulpy, milk shaky character so popular today. Unlike beers that satiate you with the first glass, this beer has you wanting more.
