Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy (60% clarity), deep golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 11. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of citrus, apricot, stonefruit, Then some tropical mango. Some hints of gooseberry and pear behind it. Has some complexity here. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of grapfefruit citrus, apricot, pear, and gooseberry. Some citrus with apricot, tropics, and even some gooseberry to support. A slightly sweet finish. (3.75)
Feel: Medium-bodied. Moderate carbonation. Finish is balanced, but relatively clean. (4.00)
Compared to Modist Liquid El Dorado Crystals 4/29/22: Pours a darker color, milder head. Milder aromas. More citrus and tropical stonefruit flavors.
Overall: A decently nice hazy IPA here. This one has nice citrus, apricot, with some hints of tropical and gooseberry. Difficult to pin down. For the brewery, it's pretty much what I expected. Not going to be your world class NEIPA, but definitely a step ahead of most macro hazy IPAs. Pretty good stuff coming down from Duluth. Hope to see more. (Rating: 3.90+)

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, hazy golden orange color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, pineapple, orange and some sweet caramel. Nice tropical fruit taste with a touch of melon. Toasted caramel and a mild bitterness.

Pours a slight hazed golden wheat color with a fresh head and some lacing. Smell is fruity and tropical . Taste has melon citrus first then mixed in with garden hops of melon and berries . Mouth feel soft and juicy
