Unfiltered lager beer, Bier Fabriek's flagship beer. Served on-tap at the brewpub itself in Amsterdam. On to the beer:

There's a little haze in this hay coloredbeer. The head is creamy and lasts a pretty good time. The nose shows what's right about unfiltered lager, as it brings layers and layers of hay and barley to the nose. It tastes like lager unleashed, raw in character and full of flavor. There's a big barley base and the taste of baked bread. A sizzle of hops break the base of liquid bread. It's medium-full bodied with a very creamy and smooth feel.

A very pleasant unfiltered lager. Maybe a little too monotone, however that wouldn't stop me from ordering it again.
