Poured from a 500ml bottle into a dimpled pint mug.
Smells of a mix of alcohol and malts with that classic saison wildness.
Tastes quite tart and peppery, from the saison yeast and bobek hops I guess. Quite a strong (for the abv) hit of alcohol on the finish, accompanied by some sweet malts. Quite a hefty mouthfeel, as well as being far too fizzy.
Overall quite a nice attempt but not as nice as Saison 14, which was lighter and fruitier, with a drier finish.
