Fermented with a blend of isolated cultures from one of our favorite beers, we continue our exploration of Brettanomyces and wild fermentation with Wild IV. Aromas of peach tarts and apricot jams are present on the nose as if you just walked into a Parisian bakery. A bright, clean sourness balances fresh floral lavender flavors with tangerine and Champagne dryness.
