Pilsner malt and raw wheat lay a subtle ground layer onto which we build a lightly tart saison. With flavors of tangerines, sour dough and sour patch kids, we really enjoy this expression of a non-oaked wild ale.

A light lemony crispness in terms of tart bite on this saison. Well balanced and sessionable. Bold, cloudy, orange body. I'd take a bit more carb and a tad more funk rather than the base Belgian yeast that comes up on the finish. Some Brett & Oak would take this beer to new heights.
