Nice pop of the cork. Really active carb to start but an overwhelming buttered popcorn smell. Beer is nearly still after pouring. Heavy body due to the minimal carb. Crisp green apple bite is overpowered by buttered popcorn flavor. Carb issues & messy flavor.

Hints of must and funk on the nose. Taste is purely acidic sour. A little bit of oak cuts through the acid. Fairly one dimensional.
