Bright Gooseberry, lychee and fruit aromas of white grapes from the Hallertau Blanc hops lead into a dynamic middle before a crisp lactic snap for a bright, tangy finish.

Bright pale gold, no lace or foam after a couple minutes.
Smells pretty bland, toasted popcorn kernels and white wine.
Taste is tart and mild, one dimensional. Not much substance behind the "sour". More popcorn kernels and white wine flavors. Thin and crisp, bland and a bit one dimensional. Overall it's nothing worth looking for. I get the minimal concept, but it falls short here.

Ordered this on tap at the Standard Market bar in Naperville, IL. $7 for a 14oz glass.
The beer poured a slightly hazed, light golden color with a 1-finger fluffy white head on top that lasted awhile and left lots of spotty lacing on the glass.
Smelled like a fruity white wine.
Tasted like a fruity white wine that was dry, sour, and tart all at once. The flavor was a mix of lemon, grapefruit, and sour apple. Very little bitterness at just 10.5 IBUs.
Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Easy to drink at just 3.2%abv, but I didn't find it all that tasty or refreshing.
