This 3.6% ABV session sour introduces itself with aromas of tangerines, mangoes and subtle earthiness of Bavaria Mandarina hops before balancing into a mild, malty sweetness and clean acidity.

On tap, poured into a snifter. The aroma is a mellow, muted citrus that starts very faintly, but strengthens to a moderate level late. It's a sparkling straw hue with just a slight haze and a dense white foam head that has a light retention and a runny lace. The taste is a medium bitter, medium sour, and a light sweet. The texture is light with a fuzzy carbonation and a medium body that has a flavor of under ripe citrus that's bitter up front and dry. It finishes earthy and bready that turns to an aftertaste that's sour with bitter rind and bread crust, and a hint of orange candy that's dry, astringent, and cloying. Overall it has quite a bit of substance for a session beer.
