On tap the the brewery
A - big sticky ivory head covers the glass in thick lacing as it slowly fades atop a reddish hued ale
S - fresh juicy and grassy hops meets caramel malt
T - very hop forward tasting much like fresh grassy pelleted hops in a bag (not a bad thing); caramel malt, orange zest, faint dark malt comes through at the back of the palate with the resinous hops
M - medium body, very resinous with hop oils sticking to the palate, finishing bitter and dry
O - the hops are dominant with this one. I like the fresh grassy hop notes, but its so dominant that it takes away from the whole beer experience.
