For a single ipa this ale has a lot going for it! The dry hopping is done beautifully, allowing the hops and fruit notes to be released fully on the nose. A bouquet of hops, orange, grapefruit, apple, and maybe some sweeter fruit like strawberry all present with the dry hop as the base. The taste is light and the carbonation pops the palate with fruit and hop flavors, all well have a decently malty base for the style. Bravo!

64oz growler from the brewery & shared with family. Pale golden, frothy white head. Big juicy and tropical triple dry hop aroma consisting of mango, citrus, passion fruit, and pineapple with some light caramel. Bold tropical notes are all in line with its aroma; great hops flavors. Medium body, modest bitterness on the dry finish. This is great! I'll be buying more for sure!

Pours a slightly hazy, light orange with not much carbonation. A thin, white head that leaves good lacing.
Great smell of dank, citirus hop with spice. Mangoes, orange and melon. Do I detect strawberry?
An awesome burst of dank citrus! Little malt and spice. Lactose quality makes this a very smooth, pleasant beer that is not overwhelming in any way, but allows dankness to come through. Very good.
This is one I will keep looking for.

Gold yellow color with lot of particulates and foamy lacing. Smell is lemony hops. Taste is mildly bitter hoppiness with slight malt. Very crisp, clean, mildly dry, easy drinker.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on March 3, 2018. Canned on 11/16/17. Look is very slightly hazy gold with a thick head and some lingering lacing. Bitter and dry.

I found it to be Hazy and had a nice foamy white head
After several minutes saw nice lacing as glass emptied
Bold aromas of citrus and some fruitiness .
Fruity taste, some nice bitterness, spicy with some citrus.
Medium body and I liked it as a nice hoppy beer
That grew on me as I drank the 4 pack over a few days.

Very unique IPA. I poured from a 12 oz. can into a San Adam's glass and got a solid head on top of a hazy yellow body. The payoff on this beer is the taste with a hint of strawberry and melon and then the long-lingering bitter aftertaste. They say this is a 30 ibu ale, but feels like more. Delicous from start to finish and highly recommended. If you see this, but it!

Penrose Pebbles Triple Dry-Hopped Midwest IPA
This is another very good beer by Penrose. Juicy IPA with very little bitterness. Smells of strawberry and tropical fruit. THe taste is layered with the fruit up front then the hops. It's made with oats that help give it a creamy mouthfeel.
