Pour a translucent brownish amber with very little head. Sour sugars and barrel aromas go nice with the subtle blackberry on the nose. Taste is interesting in that one sip I get mostly blackberry, the next I get oak or sour flavors. It is like the flavors are fighting for my attention. Still overall a nice, delicate beauty to this sour
