12oz can, dated 12/18/18. Hazy pineapple juice colored ale with a frothy white head. Juicy and tropical hop aroma loaded with passion fruit and citrus. Big juicy flavors with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon-lime, kumquat, white grape, and pine; wheat and oat malt in the background. Fuller body, moderate carbonation and moderate bitterness with a bit of a hoppy burn on the throat. This was good. It tastes similar to a couple of their more recent one-offs that I liked a bit more than this one.

Hazy yellow off the pour. Typically penrose yeasts, present with agressive citra and mosaic hops, and pineapple in the smell. Taste is sneaky wheaty in the haze, then followed by hops and then finally the big crescendo of pineapple, mango, and orange. Dry finish for style

Canned 5/22/18; drank 7/1/18 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a nice off-white head; minimal lace.
Strawberry, mild dry wheat & faint pineapple notes in the nose.
Creamy, medium mouthfeel.
Strawberry & faint pineapple flavors up front; dry wheat notes on the finish.
A bit too dry for fruity nirvana, but a nice NE IPA. I'd have another.

Very cloudy, very hazy, pale orange. Mild lacing. Smell is juicy and citrusy, mildly hoppy. Gentle citrus with hintnog dank and bitter. Alcohol is disguised for 7.5 %. Another great Penrose pale ale.

The look is hazy and orange, looks like a glass of orange juice. The smell is tropical, very tropical. Papaya and melon stand out. The taste is very citrusy lots of tangerine with a little bitterness at the end. The mouthfeel was nice, a little creamy with nice carbonation. Overall, I really like this beer. Penrose is becoming on of my favorite local breweries.
