On tap at the brewery - Geneva, IL
Near black body with a creamy tan head. Aroma is vanilla, chocolate, boozy bourbon, oak. Rich, bold & boozy flavors with notes of bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, oak, raisin, Belgian yeast. Full body, ample carbonation, booze is slightly hot with a slight burn on the way down; semi-dry finish. Really flavorful beer. Glad to try a rarity from one of my nearby breweries.
