Aroma is fruit/citrus, piney/spicy hops and yeasty. The flavor is fruit/citrus, big honey notes, malts, slightly oily and a long grapefruit/bitter hop finish.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on January 29, 2019. Brewed with Strata, Mosaic, Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Dank and juicy with resinous pine and herb notes.

12oz, canned on my birthday: "PKG DATE 01/10/19". Crystal clear caramel colored ale capped with a frothy off-white head. Hoppy aroma hinting at pine, citrus, and some tropical fruit along with a sweet caramel malt presence. Bold flavors with assertive bitterness: pine, caramel, orange & grapefruit zest, mango, and honey. Full body, big time resinous with sticky bitterness building on the palate. This was delicious. Perfect after a long day if work - I'm glad I stopped at the brewery to get some on my way home!
