This Mosaic forward IPA brings the choicest qualities of both realms. Tropical hop juice plays sticky soft to the tongue, enlightening modern day lust. Dank lupulin resin wafts atop a firm bitterness, pulling from a clearly rooted past. Focus towards the core, dryft into a new domain.

Clear bubbly gold body with a bright white head. Pine, grass, lemon zest, grapefruit, and moldy dirt in the nose, really lets the mosaic hop bitterness shine forth. Taste is sharp with hops, pine and lemon/grapefruit pith. Slight toasted caramel in the backbone, but a little balance with the hops could fine tune. Feel is sharp, hoppy, bitter, and light. Very nice single ipa here

16oz can, canned on 08142019. A huge frothy off-white head leaves thick chunks of foam on the glass; mildly hazy golden hued ale. Mosaic hop aroma of lemony citrus, grass, and pine. Hop forward and bitter hop flavors of lemon-lime, vegetal mint, and pine along with some very light caramel malt. Medium body - thinner at times, hops are resinous, moderately bitter finish. Second time around at thr brewery and this was much better than I remember.
