Murky orange body with a white cap, surprising retention. Oak forward nose with some vinous, floral, funk, and yeast notes with lambic sugars. Taste is much the same but with lemon, apple, and a hint of biscuit backing. Feel is very sour but not acidic, oak tartness layers in with the other elements nicely, sweeter feel in the ending
