Bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces.
Caution, this is a lively little bugger!
Gentle pour yields a nearly one inch white head over a hazy light golden body with some lacing. Head is present for the duration. Nose of funk and pear. Nice! Taste of funk, pear, and a bit of citrus and a bit of flint-like dryness. Nice! Great feel and overall, an exceptional Saison from just up the road in Mo'Vegas, VT.
