A traditional saison yeast and a whole lot more hops than our Farmhouse.

Decent balance, carbonation is weirdly high, but it works. Aromas are muted but malt and funk balance is nice. Not a crusher, but decent funky beer.

On-tap during Rhino summer beer festival.
Beer is cloudy yellow, with some white head.
Nose is incredibly fruity. Smells like a heavy dose of citra- bright tropical and citrus fruit. I don't get much farmhouse, but it is a nice smell.
Citra flavours again; pineapple and grapefruit. Some funky yeast, but lower in the mix. More IPA than farmhouse, that's for sure, but both are there.
Medium bodied, low to moderate carbonation. A bit oily.
Overall, pretty good, though a little bit too heavy on the hop side of the equation.

Citra farmhouse, on tap at Bryden's. Cloudy frosted body. Very citra hoppy, a little cat p aroma. The yeast works with it, but its a funky blend.Drinkable for me. Can tame the citra more and tune up the farmhouse. Best one of Shacklands I have tried yet.
