Wild, but a nicely tamed wild. A wonderful ale for a summer picnic to share; particularly if they prefer wine.
Big full, fluffy head (hence the name.) Aromas of fruit, mostly tart, and winey (from a strain with a ridiculously long name of at least two dozen letters.)
Anyway, all these different Smells work in the Taste as Pillows is refreshing on a summer day, has just enough hops (11 IBU) to cleanse the palate for the medley of food that you get at a picnic. At a modest 5.2%, Pillows still finishes pleasantly winey. I think when I go home from this picnic, I will take a nap. A well-integrated and complete summer sensation.
On a personal note... with Tiny Pillows, Off Color now takes my lead among Chicago-based breweries with 33 Ratings (Goose has 32.)

Draft at Off-Color Mousetrap. Light. Fruity. King of like drinking a white wine of some sort.
