I had this on draft 3/12/24 @ the Hopleaf.
See-through orange/red appearance.
Minimal off-white head; almost no lacing remained.
Red grape, mild tart cherry & faint cinnamon notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Tart cherry & faint red grape flavors up front; faint allspice notes on the finish.
Interesting; not right up my alley but still quite quaffable. I'd have another.

The first review after 4 ratings. (Why do I have to do all the work around here?)
Looks are difficult to judge among Wilds, but Gator Time is barely above average; lacking any sustained foam and not much pink for having sat on cherries. Smells are a balanced Wild; some fruit, some funk. Tastes follow closely and finish semi-dry and tart, nicely so. In the mouth, there also is balance; but a few more bubbles would make this more suitable as refreshment and to wash down summer fare.
I am a big fan of Off Color as documented by this being my 56th beer from them. I also am a big fan of their sense of humor. but I must confess that I don't get the joke about the name, Gator Time. If someone else does another review, will you explain that joke to me. Thanks. And Cheers !
1/5/21 Had a second Gator. Paired well with soup and salad, which is sufficiently close to summer fare in winter. I've revised the review slightly above and am satisfied. I'm keeping count over at UnTappd.
