Dark chocolate, dry oak, very vanilla forward bourbon notes, roasty malts, vanilla from the base beer that is rich with a floral vanilla note, and hints of graham cracker.

Can purchased at Off Color - The Mousetrap in Chicago, IL.
This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like dark chocolate, graham cracker, bourbon, spice, marshmallow, and coffee.
I haven't had any variant of BA Dino S'mores in a while, and it's nice to revisit it here. There's a lot of barrel here, but it's well integrated, with the oak spice and bourbon playing well with the big dark chocolate, charred marshmallow, and spicy graham cracker breadiness.
This is medium bodied, with not much booziness at all, and a very nice drinkability.
This is a really well done pastry stout - emphasis on barrel, judicious use of flavorings. I dig it.
