Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, cloudy, lemon-yellow coloring, with a filmy, fluffy, light white head. Nose of subtle lemon zest, toasted grains, and not much else. Flavors are subtle lemon zest forward, with a bready backbone, and again, not much else. Smooth and light, with a muted lemon cake aftertaste. The finish is smooth and light. Meh.
