Our American IPA is hopped with Nugget, Zythos, and Simcoe. This West Coast inspired IPA is bitter up front with lots of citrus and pine. Now dry hopped with cryo hop dust.

Apricot yellow body; chunky, sculpted, white head. Mild, fruity aroma; peach and pineapple. Mild malt grains with a light touch of fruit sweetness; some rough bitterness. Medium body; a bit coarse on the palate; mostly dry finish.
Awesome looks for a rather pedestrian American IPA offering. It is certainly drinkable, but probably won't make a lasting impression one way or another.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, hazy, orange-copper coloring, with a filmy halo of off-white head. Nose of bright citrus bouquet, with grapefruit and tangerine forward, and a candied sugar backbone, with subtle resinous notes throughout. Flavors of grapefruit and lemon zest forward, with a blast of resinous pine pitch, roasted caramel, hops bitterness, and floral highlights. Smooth and robust in mouth, with a bitter hops, alpha-acid linger in the dry finish. Very nice, solid beer!
