looks like straight pear juice. smell is of effervescent mild champagne like quality. let this warm up a touch if you are going to drink it. the pear benefits a lot from the temp. There is a touch of alcohol on the end of it. A sparkly fizzy mouthfeel. Overall I dig this beer a lot. I think the Barrel Series from Verboten is flames. I can't wait for their other offerings.
